MY CREOLE PIE HISTORY

These Old Fashion Creole Fruit Pies are made fresh to order and are traditional Southern Louisiana staples, within the communities.

Growing up in Crowley Louisiana, each weekend my grandmother Audrey would fill the house and surrounding neighborhood with the sweet smell of “Creole Pies” and "Tea Cakes" baking, until she passed.

Then my mother, "Peanut” assumed the role of, “Community Pie Maker", serving the community each year, during pie season, between the months of October 1st - January 1st.

Now that my mother has gone to meet her mother, I believe it’s my duty to keep their memories alive by sharing the love and passion they both shared for baking and family gatherings.
